Over time, PriCHO has grown into a fully functional nonprofit NGO that is striving to transform communities. Our goal is to reach every household through initiating and strengthening local partnerships that aim to drive change and leverage the provision of high-quality care.

PRICHO CLIMATE CHANGE

Our Impact in 2025

In Zambia, 73% of the population lives in multidimensional poverty, 35% cannot meet minimum calorie needs, and roughly 32% to 40% lack basic access to safe water. We partner with communities to co-create community-led solutions to address these challenges. 

Our impact is reflected in the positive and lasting changes taking place in the lives of individuals, families and communities. Across Health, Education, Livelihoods, WASH, and Climate-Smart Initiatives, we are seeing improved health and well-being, greater opportunities for children to learn and thrive, stronger and more resilient household livelihoods, increased access to safe and clean water, and improved food security and resilience to climate shocks. Together, these changes are helping communities move beyond vulnerability, strengthen their resilience, and build healthier, more dignified and sustainable futures.​​​​​
